and wagers are made pointless
by winners forgiving all
for this reason several careers
go off in the wrong direction
difficulties and dissatisfactions preoccupy
the left hand
fails with the zipper
someone sets up a glass jar full of stones
that sits on the shelf till the shelf
falls
wouldn't you know it's dangerous
small dangers large dangers
lightning flashes a tree falls
two are crushed in their tent
but it was a good life they had each other
they acted afraid when they were afraid
and at ease when able to sleep
