HAVE COME HERE even when I'm late a time comes when I arrive I'm here I think the sky is shining I have been served well by my tardy nature hand me a cup let's sit where the scents of the whole garden excite and repulse and a life ignorant of us crawls away down among the lower leaves here and there lights come on a new evening lets its mind wander I can breathe as though it's nothing talk as easily and the warnings I didn't heed have come to nothing
